Beware of High Cholesterol
Coconut milk foods, fried or greasy menu is appetizing. Especially for those who are young and love culinary, delicious menu is not taboo, but a challenge that brings pleasure.
However, young people also still need to be careful, because according to a recent study, high levels of cholesterol make young people vulnerable to damage blood vessels.
According to research by scientists from the University of California, San Francisco, and published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine, the young age of 20 need to watch cholesterol. When levels are high, cholesterol can damage blood vessels and lead to heart disease. In his research, a team led by Dr. Mark Pletcher monitor groups of respondents aged 18 to 30 years. Monitoring was conducted for 20 years. The result, researchers found that high cholesterol at a relatively early age increases the risk of heart disease and stroke at the age of information.

This study is important because, according to the American Heart Association, 17.6 million Americans are estimated to suffer from coronary heart disease. As heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and other industrialized countries.
